Chuck Garcia is an author, coach, keynote speaker, founder of Climb Leadership Consulting and a professor of Organizational Leadership at Mercy College in New York. He coaches executives on public speaking, leadership development, and sales skills. A 25-year veteran of Wall Street, he spent several of those in leadership positions for prestigious firms such as Bloomberg, BlackRock Solutions, and Citadel.

He leverages his business leadership experience, as well as his hobby of mountain climbing to provide an effective teaching narrative for professionals applying his tools and techniques. Having scaled some of the greatest mountains worldwide including Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, and the Matterhorn, Garcia utilizes the lessons he has learned during these expeditions to provide engaging presentations and trainings about leadership, enduring hardships, and perseverance during the ups and downs of business cycles.
